Over 35 years of combined experience as an analyst, as a leader/manager, and as a compliance regulator and auditor of clinical, diagnostic, fertility, genetics, oncology, toxicology, endocrinology, cannabis, pain management, pharmaceutical, and forensic -IP/OP Hospital laboratories in the USA. As a licensed MTC in the state of California and Certified by ASCP, I started my lab life as a bench analyst. As a laboratory compliance manager, I proved myself as an effective and inspiring leader by running laboratory as a business and reducing 9% operation cost, developed methods, Wrote SOPs, training material, and provided training to the lab staff. As an internal auditor, I prepared my teams for Joint Commission, CAP, COLA, CLIA, FDA, DEA, ICH, AABB, and ISO inspections. As an external auditor, I audited genetics, diagnostic, clinical, fertility, pain management, and forensic laboratories for accreditation and reaccreditation. I use my combined skills to guide, advise and prepare laboratories for analytical, management, financial, and accreditation dimensions. I am still in the pursuit of advancing my knowledge to create better laboratories.

  • QMS/QC/QA Inspector/Lead Auditor for PJLA: 2015-Current: (Contract assignment), Audit all aspects of medical devices from manufacturing, distribution, measurement of uncertainty, verification and to compliance.

Experience in Developing QA/QC Training and Course Curriculum 

  • Developed training curriculum and course curriculum for colleges and laboratories staff.
